At AeroCore™, customer satisfaction is important to us.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return your AeroCore™ JetForce v3.0 within 60 days of delivery for a refund if you are not satisfied.

To qualify:

  • The product must be returned
  • The item must not show excessive damage from misuse
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or impact
  • Products modified or disassembled
  • Items returned beyond the 60-day window

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@aerocore.online
  2. Include your order number
  3. Briefly describe the reason for return

Our support team will provide return instructions.

Do not return items without prior authorization.


Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Banks may take additional time to post the refund

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact AeroCore™ directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested.
